EXCHANGE/ RETURNS
- We do not have an Exchange/ Return Policy unless the item received by you falls on the below categories:
- Is in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
- Products not as per description on the website OR a wrong item sent.
- Size mismatch (if the booked size is not sent).
- Products purchased on special discounts or sale are not returnable.
- Most of our products’ enhancements (ornamentation) are handcrafted and hence there might be a slight variation in the design, colour and pattern work; also, therefore we may not be able to accept the return if the same are your criteria for making a return.
- The border size may vary depending on kid’s age or the availability of the fabric and it would not be accepted as a return criteria.

STEPS TO INITIATE A RETURN:
- Please send us the opening video which covers 360 degree view of the package without pause/cut to inform about the Damaged / Defective product within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of delivery. Email ID: support@apoorvavastralaya.com
- Products/Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging condition.
- It is advised that the return packets should strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods during transit.
- Also make a note that customer should bear the shipping charges for return.
- Once the return is approved, kindly return the product to the mentioned address (through e-mail) and notify us at support@apoorvavastralaya.com with the tracking details of the parcel & the original order number.
- Once we receive the product at our location, we will inform you via e-mail and provide the replacement/refund within 02-15 working days.
- FORCED RETURNS cannot be accepted and NO REFUND will be provided for those.
