Shipping Policy

Kindly refer to the “DELIVERY TIMELINE” module in order to know about the standard dispatch or delivery timelines.
All the domestic orders (within India) will be shipped through reputed courier companies like DTDC, Franch express, professional courier or ST Courier. In some cases where the Pin-code is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use India Post for those deliveries.
APOORVAVASTRALAYA.COM is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the Courier Company or postal authorities within our standard dispatch timeline based on the product category or the agreed dispatch date by the time of order.
Standard delivery timeline (1-10 working days from the date of dispatch) are subject to the courier companies and are approximate based on the general scenarios. For remote areas, there might be a little delay.
Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the tracking details through an email & you can also find the same in our site under Order History section for the orders placed through our website.
All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If you need the products to be delivered to multiple addresses, then the orders have to be placed separately.

We do worldwide shipping and minimum purchase limit is applicable to countries outside India. Please check the MOV(minimum order value) below:
1. Malaysia on orders above 5000 INR.
2. Singapore, Srilanka, UAE & Reunion Island on orders above 7000 INR.
3. USA, UK, Canada, Australia, China & Japan on orders above 10,000 INR.

Shipping charges will be separate & will be calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the parcel.
The dispatch time would approximately be 25-30 working days or will be made by the agreed date by the time of order (Depends on the number/type of items that you purchase).
We ship abroad through reputed cargo services like Fedex, Garudavega or other courier services that are available in your location. We will provide the docket number to track once shipped. Delivery takes 7-15 working days from the date of dispatch (shipment through air).

Depending on the destination country’s rules, customs clearance is mandatory before delivering the goods. Any additional taxes, import duties or customs charges levied in this process will be barred by the customer only.
So we recommend that you be aware of the laws and regulations governing the import of goods in the country where you want the items to be delivered.

We make our best efforts to make sure that the products listed on our website are available in stock or will try to reproduce the same fabric through our manufacturers. Unfortunately when we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the product, we will inform you within a maximum of 2 working days from the date of order.

Category- Ready stock:
1. Orders placed for readily available products would be shipped in 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 1-10 working days from the date of dispatch depending on your location.
Category- Preorder:
1. Since most of our products are handcrafted & custom made, our standard delivery timeline for pre-orders are 25-30 working days. Non-working days include all weekends and public holidays.
2. We have also provided options for basic customisation in our website & those can be chosen according to your requirement.
3. Incase if you have an urgency and require a speedy delivery, kindly contact us through email – support@apoorvavastralaya.com or our instagram profile @apoorvavastralaya. We will take utmost effort to check the possibility to design & deliver the product before your expected timeline (Charges apply).
For complete customisation (Colour/design), the MINIMUM PRODUCT VALUE has to be 5000 INR and the product price varies depending on the type of customisation you choose.
