  • If the product is under “Ready Stock” category, then it will be shipped in 1-3 working days, delivery takes 1-10 working days depending on your location.
  • If it’s a "Pre-order", then it will be delivered in 25-30 WORKING DAYS from the date of booking. Non-Working days include all weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic customisation options are available for each product & that can be selected according to your requirement in the products.

  • Minimum processing time for customised dresses – 30 WORKING DAYS.
  • For any special occasions like birthdays, tonsure function or weddings that fall within the standard dispatch time, you can get in touch with us at support@apoorvavastralaya.com or apoorvavastralaya . Most likely we will plan designing the dress accordingly and deliver as early as possible. Charges apply.
  • A measurements size chart is available under size chart for reference purpose. A diagraph is also provided to illustrate how the measurements would be provided.
  • Yes, you can provide the measurements in the comments section while booking (all the measurements that are mentioned in our size chart) . if the measurements provided by you are too different compared to the size you ordered (as per standard size), we will compare them and use a suitable measurement according to the age group or our team will get in touch with you if required.
  • Yes, we provide few extra tucks on top (width wise) for future use (expandable up to 1 to 2 inches).
  • Height adjustment cannot be done.
  • The order status can be tracked under "Order History" on the footer menu.
  • Booked – Once the payment is done, order status will be updated as booked.
  • Confirmed – The status will be updated as confirmed once we the verify and confirm the order from our end.
  • In Process - While we are working on your order.  
  • Dispatched – Once the dress has been handed over to the courier service, the status will be updated as dispatched. The tracking ID will also be updated, which can be tracked on the corresponding courier service's official site.
  • Editing/Cancelling the order after booking is not possible, so kindly confirm the requirements prior booking.
  • Yes, Customer pictures or reviews are available under Gallery option (Under header menu-> View more-> Gallery)
  • As most of our models are designed on order basis, Exchange/ Return is not possible unless the item received by you is damaged or a wrong product/any size mismatch (received a different size from what you ordered). Please checkout Exchange/Return section for a detailed description.

  • Please notify us via email support@apoorvavastralaya.com or @apoorvavastralaya  within 24 hours from the time of delivery. The products should be returned in unused and original packing condition. Kindly check EXCHANGE/RETURN section before reaching us.
